Happy International Women’s Day. Today we take a look behind the scenes at Palm and highlight some of the incredible women who help keep Palm running smoothly day-to-day – the people who our dealers and customers speak to every day.
First up is Lauren who is your point of contact whenever you get in touch about repairing your gear.
Problem solver
Lauren Dunn – customer service
Lauren moved from the sales team last year to take charge of customer service. Her wealth of experience, product knowledge and existing relationships with our dealers make her invaluable. From replacing neck and wrist seals, to replacing panels in damaged suits, Lauren works with our repair team to help you get your gear back on the water so you can use it for years to come. She’s also a key part of our web development team managing our web platforms for retailers.
Next up is our sales support team at Palm HQ. Anne, Jenny and Emma make sure our customers get the support they need. The customer journey is important to us, and our sales support team maintains our relationship with our retailers, distributors and professional customers, getting them the products they need.
Logistics oracle
Anne Jarvis – sales support UK
Anne’s been nicknamed by our customers as ‘the boat lady’ or ‘the oracle’ in charge of fulfilling boat orders – helping our customers with their questions and more importantly coordinating the collection or delivery of our products. She’s been working at Palm for almost fifteen years, working in various departments before joining our sales team. Safe to say, she’s great at what she does and is indispensable to our team.

Jenny Davey – sales support UK
Jenny stepped into Lauren’s role in our sales support team last year and brings her experience in events, sales and customer service. She helps our customers with placing and fulfilling gear orders and answering any enquiries you may have. She loves the outdoors and volunteers as a scout leader in her free time – organising kayaking, camping and hiking trips. She’s incredibly approachable and has been a great addition to our sales team.
Mindfulness + perception
Emma Graham – sales support UK
Emma started early this year, joining our sales support team part-time, assisting with general sales. She brings her extensive knowledge in improving customer experience and she’s also started leading weekly wellness yoga sessions for staff as part of Palm’s mission to improve employee wellbeing. We can’t wait to see how she develops in her role.
